The hallway is a generous size, with video entry phone, storage cupboard and shoe storage. The cupboard is big enough to fit suitcases and other large items.

Electricity is billed direct the tenant by the electricity company, so cost varies depending on usage. Council Tax is Band A.

I am an international student. I have lived at WestOne Aspect for two years. The landlady helps me whenever I ask for anything, even for the simplest thing. The flat is clean, tidy and modern.
