The hallway is a generous size, with video entry phone, storage cupboard and bookcase. The cupboard is large enough to fit suitcases and large items.
A private balcony overlooks the beautiful shared gardens, which are for the use of West One residents only. On summer days the adjacent Devonshire Green is also a popular spot to soak up the sun.
There are cafes and restaurants in the West One development itself, and a Tesco supermarket is 3 minutes walk on West Street.
The West One development has 24 hour concierge and monitored CCTV. Exterior doors have key fob entry, and the apartment has a video entry phone in the hallway. Secure underground car parking at extra cost, subject to availability. Free cycle parking in the secure basement car park.
Utility bills are NOT included, but help will be given setting these up if required. High speed wi-fi and wired internet are available (extra cost), with an ethernet port in the desk area. Standard package is 100Mb, faster speeds are also available. For additional cost, internet and water can be provided, or tenants are free to make their own arrangements with an internet provider. Electricity is billed direct the tenant by the electricity company, so cost varies depending on usage. Council Tax is Band A.

I stayed in West One Peak for two years and it is a lovely flat! It was very clean and well looked after when I moved in and already had everything there that I needed. It has a balcony with a great view and it felt very safe as West One has 24 hour security. The flat is in a perfect location for the city centre, universities and hospitals, and despite its central location there was very little noise. A great landlord who responded very quickly to messages and got any issues sorted straight away. I would highly recommend this flat to anyone wanting to live in the centre of Sheffield.
