The separate bedroom has a full sized double bed with good quality mattress, extra large wardrobe and 2 chests of drawers. Blackout curtains are provided.
A tiled bathroom with toilet, sink, full sized bath & shower over. Heated towel rail and large mirror.
The hallway is a generous size, with video entry phone & storage cupboard. The cupboard is large enough to fit suitcases and other large items.
There are cafes and restaurants in the WestOne development itself, and a Tesco supermarket is 3 minutes walk on West Street.
The West One development has 24 hour concierge and monitored CCTV. Exterior doors have key fob entry, and the apartment has a video entry phone in the hallway. Secure underground car parking at extra cost, subject to availability. Free cycle parking in the secure basement car park.
Utility bills are NOT included, but help will be given setting these up if required. High speed wi-fi and wired internet are available (extra cost), with an ethernet port in the desk area. Standard package is 100Mb, faster speeds are also available. For additional cost, internet and water can be provided, or tenants are free to make their own arrangements with an internet provider. Electricity is billed direct the tenant by the electricity company, so cost varies depending on usage. Council Tax is Band A.

Catalyst Lettings were great landlords during my time living at West One. The flat was spotless when I moved in and furnished very modernly. There were rarely issues but when there was, it was sorted quickly and easily. Really helpful too with sorting things like wifi and electricity. 100% recommend

We're married international students, staying in West One Panorama and about to leave in a few months. Catalyst Lettings have been lovely landlords for the past two years, always attentive and kind, and quick to respond to any problems/queries. The apartment is also kept and maintained well. Couldn't imagine staying elsewhere and having better landlords. Will miss this place soon!
