The hallway is a generous size, with video entry phone & storage cupboard. The cupboard is large enough to fit suitcases and other large items.
The large windows provide fantastic views over the city and the gardens, which are for the use of West One residents only. On summer days the adjacent Devonshire Green is also a popular spot to soak up the sun.
There are cafes & restaurants in the WestOne development itself, and a Tesco supermarket is 3 minutes walk on West Street.
The West One development is very secure, with 24 hour concierge and monitored CCTV. Exterior doors have key fob entry the apartment has a video entry phone in the hallway. Secure underground car parking is available at extra cost.

A very nice one-bed apartment in the most convenient area of Sheffield. It's well-furnitured, big enough with good eye view. The landlord is very nice, friendly and helpful. I am so lucky to have Catalyst Lettings as my landlord!

I lived in West One Panorama for 12 months. The apartment was lovely, clean, well maintained, modern and the price was excellent. The apartment is in a perfect location close to the city centre and close to the universities. Catalyst Lettings have been excellent throughout the tenancy, any requests we had were responded to within a quick timeframe. When we moved in, we asked for a new sofa and within a few days a new sofa was delivered. Nothing was ever too much for Catalyst Lettings and I would highly recommend them.
