High speed wi-fi and wired internet are available (extra cost), with an ethernet port in the desk area. Standard package is 100Mb, faster speeds are also available. For additional £50 per month, 100Mb internet and water are provided, or tenants are free to make their own arrangements with an internet provider. Electricity is billed direct the tenant by the electricity company, so cost varies depending on usage.
The separate bedroom has a full sized double bed, large wardrobe and chest of drawers. Good quality pocket sprung mattress. The bed also lifts up to provide extra storage. Blackout curtains are provided.
A tiled bathroom with toilet, sink, full sized bath & shower over. Large storage cupboard, heated towel rail and large mirror.
The hallway is a generous size, with video entry phone & storage cupboard. The cupboard is large enough to fit suitcases and other items. A large shoe cupboard provides extra storage too.
Your own large private balcony has fantastic views over the city and the gardens, which are for the use of West One residents only. On summer days the adjacent Devonshire Green is also a popular spot to soak up the sun.

The West One development has 24 hour concierge and monitored CCTV. Exterior doors have key fob entry, and the apartment has a video entry phone in the hallway. Secure underground car parking at extra cost, subject to availability. Free cycle parking in the secure basement car park.

I lived in West One Plaza 1 from 2018 - 20 (~2.5 years). The flat is extremely nice and it was awesome to live at such a nice spot in the city center with all important things very close. The landlady helped me a lot with the bureaucracy of the tenancy arrangement and other things (e.g. finding the best electricity supplier). There was also always a very quick response if I had any kind of questions. Overall, it was a very nice experience to live there and I'm happy to recommend it further.

We lived in Plaza1 for 3 years. That was my first house after I and my partner got married and we love it. Beautiful house with an amazing view (saw rainbow almost every other day). My husband lived in this country for almost 9 years now and in different cities. He says it's hard to find such good landlord. They are responsive to any issues I ever had, I strongly recommend them. We made the best memories in this house. Sincerely thank you for everything.
