Your own large private balcony has fantastic views over Sheffield city and Devonshire Green. Tenants also have access to the lovely WestOne gardens, which are for the use of residents only. On summer days the adjacent Devonshire Green is also a popular spot to soak up the sun.

The West One development has 24 hour concierge and monitored CCTV. Exterior doors have key fob entry, and the apartment has a video entry phone in the hallway. Secure underground car parking at extra cost, subject to availability. Free cycle parking in the secure basement car park.
Utility bills are NOT included, but help will be given setting these up if required. High speed wi-fi and wired internet are available (extra cost), with an ethernet port in the desk area. Standard package is 100Mb, faster speeds are also available. For additional cost, internet and water can be provided, or tenants are free to make their own arrangements with an internet provider. Electricity is billed direct the tenant by the electricity company, so cost varies depending on usage. Council Tax is Band A.

I lived in West One Central for 2½ years. The flat was everything I looked for, it is right in the heart of city centre located within 3 minutes from the University of Sheffield. It has a very nice balcony with a broad view over Division Street and Fitzwilliam Street. The day I moved in everything was spotless and fully furnished with new furniture. I even asked for a spare table and they did it straightaway. During my tenancy, they never hesitated to sort out any issues/fixing needed to be done. As an international student living in the UK for several years, they are the kindest most helpful landlady & landlord I have ever had. If it was not for my partner's new job and the need for change of location, I would have never moved out of this flat.
